The concept of dark web is introduced by the U.S. government. It is created to maintain the privacy of conversation between U.S. military forces and other military forces.
It is after then publicly opened as if anyone breaks the security of accessing the dark web they could easily listen to the conversations between the secret agencies.
Everyone has the right to maintain their privacy.
After that, many people starts using the dark web to sell stolen products and started doing unfair practises like gambling, torchering people, child unfair practises.
Dark web is mostly used by Americans because it was created by the U.S. government. Most of the programs are running under U.S. secret agencies, some of them are caught by the people. One of them are "they were keeping sight on the users of dark web. What type of things we surf on the dark web?"
